Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) creates a new process for determining the Load distribution factors used in the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Auctions and Day-Ahead Market (DAM) clearing. The current process uses proxy days for non-Private Use Network Load and historical average net power consumption for Private Use Network Load. The new process will use Load forecasting models and existing validation/error correction to determine daily Load distribution factors.
