ReasonThe Real-Time Energy Charge for a Block Load Transfer Point was removed from Section 6 of the Nodal Protocols with NPRR009, Section 6 PRR Synchronization and ERCOT Staff Clarifications, but reference to the charge type was not removed from the list of Real-Time Charge Types in Section 9, Settlement and Billing.
