NPRR002  Section 3, Zonal PRR Synchronization and ERCOT Staff Clarifications

This NPRR incorporates relevant language from the following PRRs that were approved by the Board between April 2004 and February 2006: PRR492, Plan to Alleviate Chronic Local Congestion; PRR513, Verification of Operational Model after Recurring Local Congestion Event; PRR576, Disclosure of OOME, OOMC, and RMR Service; PRR596, Mothballed Generation Resource Estimated Return to Service Dates/PRR573, Mothballed Generation Resource Definition and Time to Service Updates; PRR581, Update RMR Language Due to PUC Rule 25.502; PRR627, RMR Transmission Issues and RMR Contract Extension; and PRR633, TSP Data Information Requirements. PRR307, Controllable Resources, was part of the TNT synchronization because a portion of the PRR language in the current zonal protocols was inadvertently not included in the nodal protocols section 3.17.2(2). This NPRR also incorporates TPTF determinations regarding ERCOT Staff clarification questions as documented in the ERCOT Clarification Matrix for Section 3 and discussed by TPTF and 3/29/06, 4/10/06 and 4/11/06.
