NOGRR285  Administrative Change for Nodal Operating Guides – NPRR1298

This Administrative Nodal Operating Guides Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns the Nodal Operating Guides with language proposed in NPRR1298 which extends discretion to review comments to the Subcommittee Report that are posted less than six days in advance of the “next regularly scheduled” Subcommittee meeting. Administrative changes to the Nodal Operating Guides to maintain consistency with Protocol Section 21, Revision Request Process, are allowed under paragraph (5) of Section 1.3.1, Introduction.
