This Administrative Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) updates the ERCOT Load Shed Table for 2021. This NOGRR is submitted to account for the addition of Golden Spread Electric Cooperative as a Transmission Operator (TO) in the ERCOT Region.
