This Administrative Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) updates the ERCOT Load Shed Table for 2021. This NOGRR is submitted to meet ERCOT’s annual review of the Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) Level 3 Load shedding percentages as required by Section 4.5.3, Implementation.
