Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) revises the Nodal Operating Guide to be consistent with NPRR776 which aligns the Protocols with currently used verbal communication practices between Transmission Service Providers (TSPs), Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs), and Generation Resources. This NOGRR addresses issues raised at the April 8, 2015 Voltage Workshop and during the review of NOGRR150, Alignment with NPRR747, Revision of Voltage Control Requirements.
