Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies the responsibility of ERCOT to post the ERCOT Black Start plan on the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area for Transmission Operators (TOs), and post TOs’ new or revised Black Start plans on the MIS Certified Area for specified Market Participants.
