NOGRR121 ERCOT Operator Certification Program and ERCOT Fundamentals Manual
ReasonAn informal agreement exists between Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. (Texas RE) and ERCOT identifying Texas RE as the responsible Entity for administering the ERCOT operator certification exam. This NOGRR formally transitions that responsibility to ERCOT April 1, 2014, and acknowledges a proposed related responsibility to maintain and make available the ERCOT Fundamentals Manual.
