ReasonThis NOGRR identifies the Entity responsible for Load shed during an EEA Level 3 event within the Operating Guides and aligns the relevant Operating Guide language with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standard EOP-003, Load Shedding Plans, and paragraph (4)(a) of Protocol Section 6.5.9.4.2, EEA Levels.

Summary
This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies who is responsible to shed Load during an Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) Level 3 event. This NOGRR also clarifies that ERCOT is responsible for directing Load shedding.
