Summary

This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) updates ERCOT’s requirements for relay misoperation reporting in order to be consistent with NERC’s ERO-RAPA proposal for quarterly reporting. Changes to Section 6.2.3 govern the events that qualify as a relay misoperation while the changes to Section 8, Attachment B, govern what data must be submitted in the event of a relay misoperation.
