ReasonTo remove IDRRG as a valid Profile Segment because it is addressed by other Profile Segments, specify assignment of BUSIDRRQ should not be changed if the Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) has DRG, lessen the amount of information Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) need to provide ERCOT from interconnection agreement and provide mapping of additional zip codes to Weather Zones.
