LPGRR027 Demand Response Revisions and Modification of Time-Of-Use (TOU) Schedule Approval Process
ReasonThe Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) issued a ruling on advanced metering which encourages DR for mass market Premises. Some Market Participants (MPs) are actively developing a pilot project for DR. These revisions are to meet the desired target implementation date of summer 2008 for DR functionality in ERCOT systems.

Summary
This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) seeks to revise existing language for Demand Response (DR) programs implementation and to establish rules for assigning Profile Segments for Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) on Demand Response programs. This LPGRR adds a new tab "DR Segment Assignment" to the attached Appendix D.
