LPGRR019 Revision of Holidays Tab in Profile Model Spreadsheets

ReasonThis LPGRR corrects an error in v2.0 of the Model Spreadsheets effective May 15, 2007 that was approved with LPGRR016, Load Profile Transition Mitigation. Previous versions of the Model Spreadsheets treated Presidents’ Day as a major holiday, but v2.0 does not. The Presidents’ Day column had been deleted from v2.0, but the Major Holidays indicator had not been changed to reflect the deletion. ModelSpreadNMLight v1.07.xls & ModelSpreadBusIDRrq v1.07.xls have had slight format changes to be consistent with v2.0 of the other Model Spreadsheets, and their names now show v2.0 as well. Also, minor rounding changes have been made to the interval values on the Interval96 tab of ModelSpreadNMLight v1.07.xls to bring them in line with the output of the new load profiling software to be implemented in ERCOT Production.

Summary

This LPGRR changes binary indicators from '1' to '0' in the Major Holidays column of the Holidays tab, for the days on which Presidents’ Day falls. This applies to all existing v2.0 Model Spreadsheets. This LPGRR also updates v1.07 of the BUSIDRRQ and NMLIGHT model spreadsheets to v2.0.
